A total of 800 stops have been specially fitted out to ensure safe and comfortable access : pedometer strips and floor markings indicate boarding and alighting areas, while a PRM pictogram indicates accessible stops on timetables.

Fully accessible, this service guarantees step-free access thanks to a low floor at platform level. The platforms are spacious, with gently sloping ramps, adapted lighting, lowered ticket dispensers, tactile paving, signs in Braille, audible announcements and information screens.

France’s leading network dedicated to transport and assistance for PRMs, whatever, their age of disability. Libertans adaptive car hire and transport on demand, collective or tailor-made, to offer a service accessible to all.

A free assistance service accompanies people from the moment they arrive at the airport until they board their flight, and vice versa on arrival. To take advantage of this service, inform the airline or travel agency when you make your reservation or at least 48H before departure.

Free PRM assistance is provided from departure station to your seat on board, then at your destination to the exit or to a train/bus connection, for a smooth, safe and stress-free journey.

To travel on these trains, you need to make a reservation at least 36H before your departure with the ZOU! customer service department to ensure that you are picked up in the best possible conditions.
